Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 1) After the applicant completes the payment process, this website will automatically initiate the visa application service process. Except in cases of visa rejection, the application fee paid by the applicant is non-refundable.
- 2) The visa application fee paid by the applicant via credit card cannot be recovered through the bank's chargeback process. The payment process is irreversible. The applicant cannot request a refund of the paid visa application fee under any circumstances.
- 3) The applicant acknowledges that the virtual payment system used by this website to collect online card payments is only used as an intermediary to collect the applicant's visa application fee. The only entity providing visa application services to the applicant is this website.
- 4) If the applicant initiates any refund request, detailed information of all services provided by this website, approved visas, service receipts, the applicant's credentials, IP address, location information, and other miscellaneous information will be used by this website to file a criminal complaint with the competent authorities.
Terms and Conditions
- 1) The final decision regarding the visa application submitted by the applicant rests solely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The visa issuance process follows the rules determined or to be determined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- 2) The applicant is responsible for completing all mandatory sections of the visa application form accurately and without error. All responsibilities for visa issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided shall be borne by the applicant.
- 3) No changes can be made to an issued visa.
- 4) The issued visa is for the applicant's personal use only. It cannot be transferred to others or requested to be transferred.
- 5) If the information provided by the applicant in the application form is incorrect; the issued visa will not be refunded or modified. In such cases, a new visa application must be submitted.
- 6) To have the visa application evaluated, the applicant must pay the application fee. No action will be taken if the application fee is not paid.
- 7) This website reserves the right to refuse to accept the visa application submitted by the applicant without providing any reason. In such cases; this website has the right to cancel the visa application submitted by the applicant and refund the visa application fee to the applicant in the same manner. This website shall not be liable for any delays or losses in such cases.
- 8) If the visa holder has entered Saudi Arabia, he/she must leave Saudi Arabia before the expiration of the visa's stay period. The applicant acknowledges this and accepts responsibility for any sanctions that may be incurred for visa violations.

This website shall not be liable if the applicant submits a visa application with incomplete or incorrect information.
- 10) A visa does not guarantee the applicant's entry into Saudi Arabia. The applicant's entry into Saudi Arabia is determined by the passport control officers at the border crossings. Like other visas, officials at Saudi Arabia's ports of entry reserve the right to refuse entry to e-Visa holders without any explanation.
- 11) Even if the applicant's visa application has been approved, this website shall not be liable if the visa holder is denied entry into Saudi Arabia.
- 12) Due to potential technical issues in the system, the PDF file of the visa may not be downloadable from the electronic system even if the visa has been approved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's e-Visa Application System. Therefore; the approved visa may not be sent to the applicant until the technical defects of the system are resolved. This website shall not be liable for any delays caused by such cases.
- 13) All visa procedures are based on the laws and government regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This website shall not be liable if the visa procedures become invalid due to any changes in these laws or government practices.
- 14) The PDF file of the approved visa will be sent to the email address filled in by the applicant in the "Email" field of the visa application form.

- 16) The passport used for the visa application must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Saudi Arabia. Otherwise, authorized officials may prevent the visa holder from entering Saudi Arabia. In such cases, this website shall not be liable.
- 17) Citizens of some countries may need to meet additional conditions. Visa applications cannot be submitted unless applicants approved from these countries accept these conditions. If the applicant fails to meet these conditions, the issued visa will be invalid. In such cases, this website shall not be liable.
